1ST SAMPLE: SEM X 37 VIEW CUT CROSSWISE
Sample 1 is 625 powder (-150/45µ) coated on a steel base. The SEM analysis shows no cracks or porosity and an interface of 280µ.
2ND SAMPLE: SEM X 37 VIEW CUT CROSSWISE
After bending 180° no cracks or porosity are observed in the interface and few oxides from the process.
